[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] T-fal Gourmet Stainless Steel 12.5-inch Fry Pan turned out to be one of those rare kitchen purchases that actually worth the money. It heats up quickly and evenly, which has made a big difference in how well things brown. This pan can get hot enough to develop a serious sear, and it holds that heat really well. You do have to preheat and use oil or butter, especially for eggs or delicate foods because it doesn’t have a nonstick coating. But if you treat it right, it works beautifully and feels more “chef-like” to use. When I lower the heat, it cools down fairly quickly—so I don’t end up burning sauces or overcooking delicate foods. And it’s dishwasher-safe, which is a nice option on lazy days (though I usually just hand wash it).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is great, and a much better alternative to our non-stick pans. It's sturdy and cleans up easier than I expected. However, my husband has a set of All-Clad pans and he much prefers those to this one.

It is made from stainless steel with an induction base so that it's compatible with all heat sources. The saute pan is large and ideal for cooking larger meals. The induction base gets evenly heated, ensuring food is cooked well. The handle is made of stainless steel for a comfortable and secure grip. It is oven safe up to 500°F making it an ideal candidate for quickly popping in the oven. As with all stainless stainless-steel , I have to be cautious about cleaning. This is dishwasher safe, so it makes it easier. I'm definitely happy with the quality and durability of this pan.

My food is evenly cook. The handle is very comfortable to hold in my hand well cooking and cleaning. I also like that it's very easy to clean.

It is built of solid stainless steel and crafted well. It is easy to handle and cook with. It distributed the heat evenly and cooked the chicken and veggies with no problem. Barely any clean up as well!

I love that it’s stainless steel without any paint that will eventually chip off over time. Cleaning was easy everything wiped off smooth. The size is great you can fit alot. The handle and pan feel very sturdy and strong which I like because usually on my cheaper pans my handles will always break off. lol I really enjoyed this pan and like it a lot I would definitely recommend!
