[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off this pan has some nice weight to it. That let me know that the quality was really good. The handle was sturdy. So far the few times I’ve used it nothing has stuck to it. The clean up was very easy. The pan heated very quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an avid home cook and former pastry chef, I have had a lot of exposure to a wide spectrum of cookware. Before I even opened the box I was excited by the sheer heft of the pan. It is unexpectedly solid for 10" stainless steel pan. I was also pleased to learn that the body is made from recycled aluminum and it is even oven-safe up to 400° (I see a lot of frittatas in my future). The first thing I make with any non-stick pan is a simple fried egg. This gives me a sense of how truly non-stick it is and I can physically see how evenly (or not) the pan is heated by how evenly the egg cooks. I found that this pan cooked very evenly and was truly non-stick. However, the finished egg did need some nudging to make it out of the pan; while it would just glide out with other pans I have. I attribute this to the texture surface of the pan, which I'm sure serves some important function, but for things like eggs, pancakes (anything that starts off liquid), a cooking spray might be helpful though not technically necessary. One detail I especially appreciate is the silicone handle, which makes for easy handling. In general, this pan will make a fine addition to my kitchen implements and I look forward to using it further. Four stars!

First impression was that this pan has a nice even weight to it. It feels well made and durable. The handle is comfortable to grip and the pan is easy to maneuver on the stove. I like that there’s an indicator for preheat, and the pan will let you know when it’s ready to use. We’ve been cooking eggs on this and we’ve used little to oil each time. The eggs slide out easily and there is very little to clean. Overall, really enjoying this pan!

It’s non stick and has an even heat base. Removable silicone sleeve, I’ve never seen that before on cookware. My steaks came out perfect and delicious. This pan is my new favorite pan.

My first impressions are that this thing is built to last, it’s definitely the tank of pans, the handle is amazing, doesn’t feel cheap and is high enough quality to not be hot during use. The nonstick is thick and works well. I also like how the pan has the heat zone indicators on the bottom. This thing is definitely built to last!
