My Boyfriend has tried this for the first time. He is sleeping better and is not "clammy" during sleep anymore. It tastes really good and he just takes it right out of the fridge in a shot glass before bed. It is a little soon to be sure, but think it is helping. The price is a bit steep, but will continue for a couple months to give a better evaluation.

I have finished my first bottle of this product. I have noticed a definate increase in libido but not any of the other claimed benefits such as energy, strength gain etc. I am pleased with what I have gotten. I have no positive evidence if this product was the source of the improved libido but I am getting another bottle. The cost through Swanson is significantly lower then what the local health food stores sell similar products for and I trust their quality control.

I plan to use it for two months to find out if it is effective. After about two weeks my only observation is that tastes good but probably would be more effective if mixed with vodka.
