Go back to smaller crushed crumbles!
I’ve been eating this flavor almost exclusively for many years and what made it so good is the shaved chocolate chips … crumbled veins of sweet but not too sweet chocolate evenly mixed in with the raspberry. Unfortunately the crumbles have been replaced with large jagged chunks. I miss the flaky crumbles and have snatched up every one I could find in grocery stores around town. Now all I can find is the larger chunks. I wish you would go back to the way they were.

New recipe is terrible
I hate the new recipe. This was my favorite with the chocolate chip shavings everywhere. Now I can barely find a chocolate chip. It’s terrible now, I’m so disappointed.

Changed recipe
Change the recipe back. I was very disappointed to learn that the recipe had changed from slivers of chocolate chips throughout the whole container to now chocolate chunks. Also the raspberry flavor isn't as strong as it used to be.

This flavor and the Caramel cookie crunch were my favorite. It appears the formula for Black Raspberry chocolate chip has been changed. There used to be wonderful flaky bits of chocolate in every bite, now there are large chunks of chocolate and many bites never get any chocolate. Big miss for me. Go back to the previous formula.

Changed recipe
I would purchase this gelato every week as it is literally my absolute favorite until they changed the recipe. I have checked several stores and all of them contain little to no chocolate chip shavings. It used to be the perfect mix of raspberry with chocolate. Pretty disappointing. I have stopped purchasing from them.

Changed recipe
Recipe has changed and no longer has chocolate chip shavings, but instead large chips of chocolate. It’s not nearly as delicious. Please bring it back.

It used to be 5 stars! I used to buy 1 every other week! I loved it! I would recommend it to every person I knew. But they changed the flakey chocolate shavings into thick chips, which is THE WORST! YOU GUYS NEED TO CHANGE IT BACK! In the mean time, i will stop buying any talenti.

Talenti Galeto Black Raspberry chocolate chip is by far my favorite ice cream/ galeto. Recently they changed it from Mini chocolate chip pieces to big chunks which I was not impressed by so I reached out to the company. I’ve been buying this product for a long time. I do think the price could be lower but I still buy it because it’s absolutely amazing. I hope they change it back. I was lucky to find an older one with the small chocolate pieces today. That was a scare in my book.

Unfortunate recipe change
They definitely changed the recipe! The chocolate is in chunks as opposed to shavings and far less. The ice cream has a raspberry flavor that isn’t very convincing. I won’t be buying it again.

Something changed! I used to love the chocolate shavings in the black raspberry chocolate chip, but just opened a new pint to find chocolate chunks. I am not a fan. The actual gelato seems to have a softer consistency as well. Sadly won’t be buying again :(

Bring back the small chocolate chips
I used to love this gelato for the tiny sliver chips that it used to have… they changed this to bigger and fewer chocolate chips and it is not as good. Disappointed. I won’t be buying again.

They Changed The Chocolate Chips!
No longer chocolate shavings, but thicker chocolate pieces. The shaved chocolate is what made this ice cream amazing!! Now it's not worth it. :( This is my favorite ice cream of all time, and I truly wanted to cry. Even the picture online is still with chocolate shavings, but not at all what the ice cream is now. So so so so sad. Have to shop for a new brand again.

Entirely changed
Something changed. I have been buying Talenti and raving to others about it for years! But something has changed and it doesn’t taste the same. Different texture, flavor, everything. Before the flavor was great, had an amazing creamy texture and the chocolate was flakes and flavorful. Now it is gummy with hardly any flavor or chocolate. Stopped buying and very disappointed. Talenti please bring back the old recipe!!!!

A little bit sad
This is my favorite sweet treat, but when I recently bought it I was disappointed. Typically the chocolate chips are shaved chocolate and it has been switched to chunks and it wasn’t the same :(
