This is a fantastic product. A little pricey for a small container but still better than Ben & Jerry’s (UGH) Note: the lids are extremely hard to turn. I had to place the container in a bench vice and use a large monkey wrench to get it off😞also, while it contains no fat, it has a LOT of sugar

For everyone who cannot open the top lid , it tiss actually quite easy . Turn it upside down and put it in a wee pot o hot water , for 4 seconds . It loosens right up , and off it comes . Cheers :

the flavor is… interesting? it’s got kind of a prune-y taste to it. the consistency and texture is awesome. i didn’t have a super hard time opening the lid, but i didn’t let it sit out bc it was so frozen. not sure id buy the flavor again, but id try other ones for sure!

Enjoyed so many of your products but . . . I can no longer open the Sorbetto containers! What have you done? This is most aggravating. It’s totally ridiculous to have to run down the hall to find someone who can open them! I live in an assisted living apartment building. It is not because my hands have become weaker in less than a month. I can unscrew everything else I have been able to in that time period. I have left these sitting with just their lids covered with hot wate, changing as needed, for an hour. The sorbetto is liquified by that time. I have stood at the sink with hot water, running over the edge of the top for varied lengths of time. I still cannot get the top open, even with my handy-dandy mechanical jar opener, which opens every other kind of jar I have, even the toughest screw tops, but this “”screwy top” has turned out to be impossible forme as well as others, as I see from your reports. There will be no more Talenti sorbetto for me, unless you have a secret way to open your tops. This started with the paper or whatever it is that you are now putting on top of the Sorbetto. Before you put whatever it is on top of the Sorbetto, simply running the top under the hot water faucet for a few minutes was all I needed to do. Could that be the problem, hmm??
