I tried to cancel this order not even an hour after placing it, and Target refused. The item had not even shipped yet. They said I needed to refuse delivery or take the huge furniture package to the post office or a Target to return it. I took time off from my work schedule to be at the front door and refuse the package. Now FedEx is trying to deliver it again the following day instead of returning to sender. I'm not happy about how Target refuses to cancel an order when an item has shipped, I'm not happy with how Tangkula has decided to manage their cancellations and returns, and I'm not happy that they've decided to ship through FedEx who has been wasting my time.

This large hall tree is perfect for what we needed. We like that it has a backing to it and protects the wall. The shoe storage is great. I mostly put it together on my own but got help from my husband when I needed it. Instructions were pretty good.

Love this in my entry hall. Just wish I could find a matching shoe storage to put on either side of it. But can’t wait to decorate it! Pretty sturdy for the price! It is actually a beautiful piece!
