Tasty!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are pretty darn good! The sauce is rich and tangy. The meat has a good flavor but could use a bit more of it. The tortilla is thick and holds everything together perfectly. I think it's a good size portion for a frozen entree but the price is a little high. I will definitely pick up some more of these when I find them on sale though.

Filling with 15 grams of Protein
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was super simple to make, just microwave for a couple minutes, coat with sauce, microwave again. With 15 g of protein, this was definitely filling. I am someone who does not care for spicy, so I added sour cream. I still found my lips to be on fire. This comes in a microwave safe container with a plastic lid on top that you slice to vent while microwaving.

Salty, but not spicy at all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The package says that the enchiladas are medium spicy, but they are mild. I'm not a fan of anything spicy and I was fine eating this. The two enchiladas are listed as one serving for about 400 calories, which is not bad considering it also provides 15 g of protein. However, I found it hard to eat both in one sitting because it was so salty. It has over 1,400 g of sodium and you can taste it. I ended up adding sour cream to dilute the salt. That helped and made it more enjoyable. I highly recommend that. Because of the high salt content, it will make you thirsty, so be prepared. Aside from that, it was easy to heat up in the oven and the portion kept me full the entire evening after having it for dinner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were easy to cook and taste delicious (pretty spicy, so if you don’t love spicy food these are probably not for you!). They definitely don’t taste like a microwaveable meal, and the corn tortillas weren’t dry. The only downside is that for the price, I would have expected a side of rice and/or beans to come with it. Two enchiladas is not really worth the cost.

A flavorful Enchilada meal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] MY mouth has been awakened by the amount of flavor in this enchilada sauce. A very nice spicy, tangy Latino flavor. I would tweak the cooking instructions because too long makes the corn tortilla chewy. I didn't think It was enough upon looking at it. But its a good portion and I'm not left hungry. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a quick enchilada dinner. I bought more from this line after tasting this one.

Amazing Microwave Enchiladas

I followed the easy microwave instructions and had 2 delicious beef enchiladas in no time. These would be perfect to take for a work lunch or a quick dinner on a busy night or for people who like tasty food but can’t cook. I’ll repurchase for sure.

Convenient dinner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm grateful to have been given these Tapatio Beef Enchiladas for free in exchange for my review. This was such a quick and convenient dinner and I think it had a nice level of spice, but it wasn't an extreme level of hotness, so you might have to add more hot sauce if you like extra heat. It was a nice flavor overall and enough to fill me up, but it would pair nicely with sides or toppings.
