    Good for digestion

    I love this Tazo Zen green tea. The packaging and design were amazing. I had it first thing in the morning, before I did anything, before breakfast, and after lunch. The temperature feels perfect. It lasted all day, and my body has fully adapted to it. I love this tea. It offers great value, and I will definitely drink it again. The taste is wonderful. The strength and duration is amazing.

    My favorite flavor!

    This is my favorite tea flavor. Minty with a hint of lemongrass. Has a good amount of caffeine in it as well which is nice. Easy and quick to brew, and tastes awesome.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tazo Zen is one of my absolute favorite green teas. The blend of green tea, lemongrass, and spearmint is so refreshing and calming at the same time. It’s light but still has great flavor, not bitter like some green teas can be. I love drinking it in the afternoon when I want something relaxing but not heavy — it’s like a little reset in a cup. Always crisp, smooth, and super soothing.

    The original Zen

    I am so disappointed. While this organic Zen taste okay, it is not as wonderful as the original. This one is a spearmint tea and the original was, to me, like fresh cucumber and orange. I would literally drink at least 5-6 cups per day. I would buy 3-4 boxes at a time. The original Zen was the TEA. I stopped buying Tazo tea when Zen was semi-discontinued.
