Miniature spatula.
Solid enough, and deceptively miniature.

Nice small flipper.
Others have said it and they are right, this flipper is on the smaller side at only 10.5 inches overall. It suits eggs and other small items perfectly and works well as a serving utensil. It is definitely too short for barbecue or high heat cooking. For scale, I was using a ten inch Demeyere frying pan. It washes up nicely and food does not seem to stick, and I have been putting it in the dishwasher with no stains or discoloration, where the smaller size fits more easily. It does seem to be quality stainless, though time will tell. In short: a smaller flipper and a good buy overall.

Decent quality stainless steel/TECHEF - Chefcore 304 Stainle
Happy to try a stainless steel spatula, since the one I have had for literally decades is plastic. This one is not quite as robust as my plastic spatula overall, though the quality is still good and it is certainly not a throwaway item. It sits a little lighter in the hand and the blade is not as wide, and it is still a good size for flipping burgers as long as they are not enormous, and for eggs. The slightly smaller blade actually suits my eggs better.

Nice compact size
Very well made and sturdy. A little smaller than I anticipated, and I love that it was made in Korea and feels good in the hand. My kids are happy to use it because it is shorter and smaller than our main spatula.

A spatula fit for my All Clad stainless steel pans
Recently splurged on a set of All-Clad D3 cookware. After decades of nonstick I realized how much healthier stainless is, and how with the right technique cooking without sticking is not difficult at all. One of the joys of leaving nonstick behind was being able to use metal utensils again instead of clunky silicone, nylon, or wooden ones. The funny thing is that metal tools are harder to find now, simply because so many people have moved to nonstick, so I was very glad to come across this one. It is 18/8 stainless, meaning eighteen percent chromium and eight percent nickel, which is excellent quality and very close to All-Clad's top of the line 18/10. It looks beautiful, resists corrosion well, and is exceptionally durable, and compared with what I paid for the pots and pans it is extremely affordable. Years had passed since I enjoyed a perfectly flat spatula for flipping an egg or a pancake, and it feels great, especially for deglazing and scraping up the browned fond to make sauces and gravies. The edge is just sharp enough to lift those bits without damaging the pan, something I had forgotten about entirely during my nonstick years. I appreciate that it comes from South Korea and that the maker even names the steel plant the metal came from. Unlike other spatulas it is one piece, with no joints or welds to collect grime. If you cook on nonstick this is probably not for you, and if you cook on stainless it is a fantastic companion.
