That I would recommend this spatula for others to buy.
Size and handle length are both spot on, and it performed really well. I especially enjoyed using it in my cast iron pans. For a stainless steel spatula I was impressed that food did not cling to it. The edge is sharp enough to chop meat as it cooks, and the metal itself is smooth with a nicely polished finish. I would tell others to buy it.

A great addition to my TeChef collection
Really fond of this tool and it fits right into my TeChef collection. Light and versatile, it pairs beautifully with my TeChef omelet pan, almost as though it were designed for it. My TeChef ceramic pans were a worry but it did not scratch them. It also worked nicely in my other pans and on sheet pans. The reason it is not five stars is that I wish the handle had heat protection, since it is a small tool and warms up a bit, which I had to watch on smaller pans. It also left a scratch in my TeChef One egg pan despite my care, being just slightly too large for that pan. On the whole I am very happy with it.

Great quality and easy to use size
Several TECHEF products have passed through my kitchen and this solid stainless turner lives up to the name. The one piece design makes it strong and gives it an upmarket look. The handle is comfortable even over a long cooking session. Its size is ideal, big enough for burgers, pancakes, or sauteed vegetables while still easy to store. Washing is simple by hand and it is dishwasher safe. After a number of uses it still looks new, with no rust, no discoloration, and no wear. Its resistance to heat and corrosion really does work. At this price it is a high quality utensil, far above the cheaper models. Very satisfied and I recommend it without hesitation. Anyone after a solid, well designed, durable spatula will do well with TECHEF, whose products are consistently reliable, and this is no exception.

Great tool
Techef didn't disappoint with this spatula, I have only had it a short time, but I have used it several times already. My first use was with ground beef in the Instant Pot, you would be surprised how well it broke up the beef. Then, of course, pancakes were a must, so we tried it out on them and the size was perfect. The only drawback so far is I can't seem to wash it fast enough to have it ready to use for a new task! I think the size is great and I like that there aren't any holes in the flat part, so it is very easy to clean. The weight is just right too, it can handle pressure and doesn't bend.

Overall this little spatula suits me. It came out smaller than I anticipated and I like the size anyway. It is good for plenty of jobs, though cookies and brownies will be its main duty. I took off a star because of the handle, whose edges are not as smooth as I would like. Rounded, smoother edges would have been better.

Small but mighty!
Very nice addition to my kitchen drawer. It sits on the small side but feels sturdy and handles well, and flipping pancakes gave me no trouble. On cast iron it is exceptional, with a thin edge that slides under food. A keeper.

Pancakes flip perfectly with it, and the straight edge is ideal for scraping grease off the griddle. Good stainless steel that is easy to handle and easy to clean.

Made from genuinely good stainless steel, so it feels strong and a little fancy. The size and weight are just right, easy to use without being unwieldy. Rolled eggs, stir fries, and anything else needing a bit of control have all gone well. The edges are smooth but firm, so food flips or rolls without falling apart. Easy to clean too.

A surprisingly useful kitchen and grilling tool
Tamagoyaki has been my project lately and it occurred to me that my silicone turners might be the weak link, so I went looking and found this from Techef, a brand that has treated me well before, their woks especially. The size and contour suit tamagoyaki perfectly, and it has also turned into an excellent grill turner because the small size gives more precision than usual implements. The build is great and you feel the weight without it being a burden. Good value and I expect to rely on it for years. Thank you Techef.

Sturdy, Simple, and Super Handy!
Super solid and it feels lovely in the hand. Egg rolls are what I use it for most and it flips them without breaking them. I also use it to cut up watermelon after packing a block into a container, which it handles surprisingly well. Being one piece means no joints to clean around, and it feels like it will last forever. One of those tools you keep reaching for.
