I ordered this item online since it was selling out fast in-stores. My order was delivered to a wrong house, even though my address was entered correctly. I called Target customer service about the issue and I was told they would contact the carrier and the issue would be resolved within 48 hours, and if it wasn’t able to be corrected, they would reach back out to me. I never heard back from anyone, so I called target customer service back after 3 days to check on the issue. By that point, this item was completely sold out overall, so I was not able to get the item anymore. I’m extremely disappointed as now someone else has received my item for free. I tried contacting fedex and I was not able to get through to a customer service representative at all. Target refunded my money for the order, but I don’t think that’s helpful in this situation. I don’t get to have the item at all and now someone else gets to who didn’t even order it.
