Q: Does this wallpaper have to be matched?

A: Although this pattern technically has a repeat of 20.5 inches, you do not need to match anything when installing it, so there should be minimal waste.

I love our new accent wall! The wallpaper was easy to work with and I installed it fine by myself, although it was a slow process. I put it on drywall with matte/ flat paint, which they do not recommend because it can take matte paint off upon removal. No issues with that yet and I do not plan to remove the paper anytime soon!
You can kind of see the seams of the panels but it isn’t bothersome and you have to be looking for it. I had been worried about needing to “match up” the print for each panel, but that is not needed with such a small print. As a result, it’s probably easier to install than other designs with larger prints. As instructed, I overlapped the panels slightly — an eighth of an inch or so.
The color is true to the pictures and it is slightly textured. It was a little stretchy which makes it forgiving with installation and the paper truly is repositionable if needed (although it is a pain if it folds back on itself and sticks together, so repositioning took a lot of care).
I did a wall with 8 panels and it took me several hours to install.
