Q: can you apply this to cover existing wallpaper? and if you remove it will it ruin the existing wallpaper?

A: Although this will adhere to existing smooth wallpaper, we cannot guarantee that it will remove cleanly from this surface. For a clean removal, we recommend a smooth wall that has been primed and painted with a glossy paint finish.
