Taste - 2.5/5 On one hand I appreciate that they did not load this with sugar and sodium. On the other hand it is almost tasteless Cuts of meat - 2.5/5 On one hand I appreciate that they try to include a lot of pieces but on closer inspection, there's a good chunck of cartilege that are inedible and very tough. I think they included it to make it heavier but really, you're paying for 1/2-3/4 of its serving only as the other portion needs to be tossed Bottom line: You are better off choosing the cut of meat you like and seasoning it yourself according to your palette. This is sadly a miss for Target

Absolutely terrible!! This is low quality meat that they attempted to disguise with a nice teriyaki sauce. Half of the meat was so fatty and gross that even the dog wouldn't eat it. Don't buy.

Piece size inconsistent
Great flavor but most of the pieces were tiny trimmings so grilling them didn’t work as they were literally too small to fit over the gaps and just fell through. Once they started shrinking due to cooking it got even worse. I’d recommend these only if cooking in a pan of some sort. Disappointing ad I’ve never gotten strips like this. For the price I’d expect somewhat more quality. This seemed like they packaged whatever fell off the packages they made for other stores. Just bits and pieces left over.

Poor Quality
I was disappointed with these teriyaki beef sirloin strips. The flavor was decent and had potential, but the quality was poor. My package had gristle running through many of the pieces, making them unpleasant to chew. The strips were also wildly inconsistent in size and shape, looking more like scraps from trimmings than uniform cuts. Overall, not worth it for the price.

What did I just attempt to eat?
I don't believe I've ever had more fatty, sinewy, and tendon rich ( that's not a compliment ) meat in my entire life. If it was labeled stew meat, I would understand. This really shouldn't be consumed as stir fry meat unless you absolutely loathe the person you're cooking it for.

Major quality decline, must recut to cook
These have been a staple but the quality has really gone down. First they stopped being “strips” as pictured but were wider. Now it’s a mad jumble of narrow strips that are 12” long, big wide flat pieces, and tiny “crumbs”, lots of gristle, and sometimes entire pieces are just fat.

Disappointing.
As other folks have said - lots of fat and cartilage pieces. Simmering it longer doesn't help. There's no flavor - I shouldn't have to be adding seasoning as well for the price. As someone from Hawaii, I was stoked at first. I'm just terribly disappointed now. You should all look up Hawaii recipes!
