Thos is about my order experience and not the product. My calculator and notebook were scheduled to arrive on 8/15. Delivery date was then changed from 8/15 to today, 8/18. Upon tra king my order, I now see it is still in another state and I am fearing it will still not arrived. Looking for better understanding on the failure to meet your commitment to your customers and what can be done to correct as this impacts my child and his school experience.

When the battery runs down, TI wants you to simply landfill the calculator and buy a new one. Creating e-waste for profit is apparently the TI way.

Buttons on Calculator Are Incorrect
I bought this for my son, who is in his Freshman year at college. I shipped it to him and he sent me this picture, indicating that the buttons do not correctly represent what he is trying to calculate (ie if he presses a 0, he gets a decimal)…unfortunately he’s 12 hours away and it’s not worth it to return. Just warning all potential buyers.
