The bottle says it's half water and half milk so I thought it was going to be more like coconut water, but it was actually a thicker milk. I loved putting it on my cinnamon cereal every morning. It's slightly less calories than that of a cup of whole milk and way sweeter! I didn't try cooking with it, but if you did it's very sweet so you probably wouldn't need any added sugar.

If you want a milk substitute without a strong coconut flavor this may work for you.
