I do think this product helps with reducing the redness and helping the blemish to go away faster. I gave it 4 stars because it had a “ sulfur” type smell to it I can handle wearing it at night but during the day when I’d be smelling it constantly might get to me.

Left me with dry, itchy skin
I am a loyal Kiehl’s fan, but I thought I would give Dr. Thayer’s a chance since I like their witch hazel toner. This was a dud. My face ended up dry and itchy. Do not recommend.

Worked wonders in 1 day!! I had been on prescription antibiotic creams for 5 days with no changes, in fact my face got WORSE. This photo is after 1 full day of use, applying three times a day.

The worst smell
I haven’t noticed this making any difference in my blemishes, but the thing I can’t get over is the smell. The sulfur smell is so off putting to me and makes it really hard for me to use it. They discontinued the Thayers blemish stick I used to use which was sooo much better and worked so well. I was hoping this would be a replacement, but it doesn’t seem to be.
