The Boy with Big Big Feelings
Beautiful book that explains feelings in a way that my 7 year old son on the spectrum can relate to. Definitely recommend.

Such an important read!
A treasure for anyone—young or old! The pages are filled with beautiful imagery that deals with hard emotions that arise in all of us. Emotional awareness and processing is one of the greatest skills to be learned, and Britney does it beautifully alongside Jacob’s colorful and imaginative illustrations. Can’t recommend this one enough! Perfect for families, schools, counselors, and anyone with a heart that feels. :)

A story about a boy who struggles with lots of feelings. Seems like they’re trying to point out he may be on the spectrum. Very sweet and helps teach empathy for others. Wasn’t so much about how to work through feelings as it is just being ok with them happening and supporting others who have if feelings.
