Overcooked or old! This cheesecake was brown! I have purchased this many times and the flavor eas off. Im not sure if it was old, or overcooked but the flavor and color was off. It was a yellowish brown, bland and dry. The recipe has changed or the item is old. I purchased this $20 cheesecake, for an event and unable to return. I will no longer be shopping for anything else at Target! Dont buy this cheesecake here.

This was popular with my family. We liked that it was a bit smaller in size compared to the actual restaurant for some portion control. We appreciated that it did not taste like cardboard coming right out of the box. We were also impressed that the crust was just as delicious as we remembered.

Delicious & Easy Desert
I like to keep the cheesecake frozen until just prior to dinner that way it is still very chilled when served. I serve it with a homemade Praline Sauce and a homemade Chocolate Sauce. Both Sauces are warmed slightly before serving. Usually guests want to try a piece with each sauce. It is a very successful desert.
