This work was created to simplify what most people would complicate: a house renovation with the goal of flipping. For example, if you could put up $100,000 of your cash and gain control of $1 million worth of properties to renovate, you could end up with a much bigger check to deposit. The goal of any business is to first understand its industry and then use that knowledge to create a system of processes. If the blood of a business is money, the heart of a business is its systems. One cannot function properly without the other. In the following pages, I will teach you a method for flipping houses that will simplify the way you think about this industry. I will also teach you system design techniques that will place you years ahead of most of your competition.
