Book Synopsis
Ghost stories from Indiana's Haunted Cemeteries have never been so creepy, fun, and full of mystery!
Welcome to the spooky cemeteries of Indiana!
Stay alert! Ghosts lurk around every corner. Even the most unexpected places might be haunted by wandering phantoms.
Did you know that Indiana is home to thousands of cemeteries--many of which are haunted? Like Ewald Cemetery near Bremen, where the sounds of ghostly children echo long into the night. Or Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis, where ghostly figures in uniform patrol silently among the graves. But be warned: if you climb the famously haunted staircase at One Hundred Steps Cemetery in Cloverland, a phantom undertaker may show you a terrifying vision that you'll never forget.
Pulled right from history, these ghostly tales will change the way you see Indiana's Haunted Cemeteries forever, and have you sleeping with the lights on!
About the Author
By day, Julie Rathsack is a business insights manager, but by night, she's a history-loving ghost hunter! Her fascination with the paranormal began in childhood, growing up in a haunted house where she could hear and sometimes see spirits. This sparked her lifelong interest in ghost hunting.
Julie co-authored her first book, Ghosts of Grand Rapids, in 2013 and followed it with A Haunted History of Grand Rapids in 2024 and The Ghostly Tales of Grand Rapids in 2025. Her books blend eerie tales with true history, captivating readers of all ages.
When she's not writing, Julie leads haunted tours with Paranormal Michigan Inc. and serves as president and founder of the Lifted Veil Paranormal Investigations group. She's explored countless spooky spots, making her the local expert on ghosts.
At home, Julie lives with her high school sweetheart, their two sons - David and Sam, and a lively household of pets, including three cats and a dog named Oreo. She is a storyteller, historian, and loving mom, making her a true ghost hunter extraordinaire!
