Born and raised in the Bronx, the birthplace of hip-hop, Lenny got his start in street promotions before snagging a once-in-a-lifetime internship opportunity at Roc-A-Fella Records, woking with Jay-Z. Lenny did A&R on several albums with the iconic rapper and expanded his hitmaker status with artists like The Roots, Ghostface Killah, DJ Khaled, and Jadakiss. As SVP of A&R and Artist Management at Roc Nation, Lenny S. has signed groundbreaking acts like Vic Mensa, Justine Skye, and Rapsody, while managing hip-hop heavyweights like Fabolous, Meek Mill, and Tristan Mack Wilds.
