How To Use / Directions:
Peel and place one patch on inside of wrist, or any venous area that is clean and dry. Patch may be worn up to 12 hours. Time to wake up? Simply peel the patch off and discard.

    Adhesive leaves a residue. Also it has 10mg of melatonin! That is way too much. I've been cutting them into smaller pieces. Material is too plastic-y and not a soft fabric like other sleep patches.

    I love that it’s a

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it’s a time release though out the night, because staying asleep is my biggest problem or getting back to sleep after getting up to go to the bathroom. It’s an alternative sleep aid when I’m drinking and not able to take trazodone. The ingredients are simple and non habit forming also in comparison to other sleep aids like trazodone. The adhesive actually sticks unlike other patches I’ve tried. I love the dream patch.
