Not that good
They say to leave them on for up to 12 hours. Both days I tried them, they wouldn’t stay on. They started peeling off after 2.5 hours.

This is the perfectpuck-me-up. Instead of swallowing pills or mixing powder drinks, I just stick this this patch on the inside of my wrist! It doesn't take long before I’m ready to go! As a busymom of 4, I love this little patch. I find this so much better than drinking coffee at 3pm. I love the combination of caffeine, vitamin B12, and green tea extract. It releases ingredients to where I don't feel shaky or sick. It provides the perfect amount of energy when I'm having a long day.

I recieved this B12 energy support patch 2 weeks ago for free for me to use and Review and I can say I love it. It’s delivers a steady , subtle vitamin B12 and green tea extract for up to 12 hours. It’s prefect if you got kids and are low on energy it’s gives you the energy you need through out the day. It’s very easy to apply just peel and stick the patch to a clean dry area of skin and you are good to go. I highly recommend anyone to try this product.
