love these, will definitely purchase more. I bought a pack from Target that was marked down, not expecting much. I get bad anxiety from flying, and these helped me feel very zen and relaxed. Only thing I don;t love is they leave a residue when you take off, but not that bad.

I got extremely nauseated. Super disappointed considering how much these are. There are very sticky and leave a residue compared to the other patches. When I removed the patch I immediately felt better. I suspect if I were to leave it on I would have thrown up like the other person stated. (What's concerning is that there are so many people putting a thumbs down for a negative review on this product. Are these employees of The Good Patch? Are you saying their experience didn't happen? So odd.)

was very surprised how strong these were. I'm sensitive tho. took off after a few hours. very hard to get off. ouch. that said it'll stay on! I slept amazing.

Love love looooved these - I have auto immune disease and had been having trouble sleeping because of the steroids and other immune-suppressants drugs I have to take. I’m 44, weigh 112 pounds and in good shape and just one patch on my left arm I could almost feel a numbness right away. My arms are pretty venous so I put it a little ways above my wrist and within 30 mins I felt completely relaxed and calm. Within an hour I was fast asleep. I wear my Oura ring at night and last night was my best HRV reading I’d had in a LONG time which means my heart rate dropped low enough in comparison to my resting heart rate to give me really good recovery sleep. See all the photos. As for taking it off, I didn’t get the orange sticky residue everyone else posted. Just the typical out side ring of sticky mess that came off pretty easy with a warm wash cloth and face soap, but I only kept it on the recommended 8-12 hours and I washed and thoroughly dried the area before I put it on. Also why I think it worked so quickly. Will definitely keep using this when I need extra help sleeping, when I’m feeling stressed or not feeling well.

Got these as a gift — I could tell it was working and I was starting to feel relaxed/sleepy. Went to take it off and it was so incredibly painful. The adhesive left a thick residue patch and I had to use dawn dish soap to get it off.

However, the only thing that could make this product better would be having it color-coded so you know what you have on do you have on the relaxed patch? Do you have on a different patch? Or you can have an icon patches out there such as patch aid have a icon and then kind patches are color coated

Was able to attend a family wedding with these. One on my left leg (so as no one in the family mistook it for a nicotine patch, creating gossip and god knows what kind of reckoning) and the rest in my clutch. The wedding had family, fireworks, and a late start, and I felt little to no anxiety the entire night. For someone with familial ptsd, that's really saying something. Did leave some residue on my skin, but nothing major.
