"Over the course of my career helping large companies identify and develop talent, from the frontlines all the way up to senior executives-I've seen firsthand how often organizations, even the most sophisticated ones, get hiring wrong. Despite the stakes, too many organizations still rely on gut instinct over structured interviews, fall prey to internal bias and lack consistency in how they evaluate talent.
