First time trying it but is it supposed to have little grainy balls? Like a scrub? I bought one and noticed it grainy thinking something was wrong with it so I returned it and got another with the same texture? Someone let me known ASAP because i really do want to try it and keep using the one I have but not if that’s not normal.

it works so well on my dry skin, it was extremely hydrating and it feels like it's really soaking into my skin. i even use this on my face and it never broke me out while i was using it, despite it being quite thick. it goes on smoothly, though it may need a moment to heat up in your hand (but i assume this is because it's natural!).
I found my holy grail for dry nurse's hands!

I put it on after hand washing and before my hands get completely dry. It leaves on a soft protective layer after a slight greasiness that goes away after a minute or so. The layer stays even on after a number of hand washes and hand sanitizer.
