Our two year old orange tabby cat is 7. 5 lbs but she eats this stuff like it's going out of style. She loves this cod flavor the best out of all the kinds. She will scream in her orange cat voice if I don't get her meal fast enough! Thank you Honest Kitchen for a product she loves eating and we feel good about feeding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, folks, Check out YOUR wet food. Does it contain a CALCIUM source near the top like this one? No? In that case, the "FISH" that is being used is non-human grade WASTE. . principally the carcase AFTER those nice fillets are removed. Skin, Fins, Tail and Bones! Honest Kitchen uses those Fresh, Human Grade Fish Fillets. In this case Cod and Salmon. Cod is a wild fish of course. These lack Bone so Calcium must be supplemented. . Fish Broth is added to the starting ingredients, providing Gelatin, Collagen (both proteins), Minerals and Trace Elements. MUCH better than "Water Sufficient For Processing". Pumpkin, Carrots, Blueberries and Cranberries are excellent Nutriceutical-rich ingredients provided in significant quantities. These coloured fruits and veg provide powerfully protective antioxidants such as Anthocyanins, Flavonoids, Vitamin C, Pro-Vitamin A, and Phenolic Acids. Dandelion Greens provide VERY high levels of these nutrients and also helps to keep BOTH the liver and kidneys healthy. The food also has a decent 12% Protein and cats NEED Protein! It has NO "Gums" or Carrageenan, but uses Agar-Agar as a thickener which is fine. My one "hate" is the packaging! Tetra packs work great for liquids, but cat food? I hate to waste any food, so after I have poked and scraped every crevice of the pack, I resort to pouring hot water and swishing it around, adding it to the dish, mixing well, and adding my VISBIOME Probiotic or 5 drops of GSE. I had previously tried TWO varieties, and they were 100% a success with my bunch, so I went ahead and got TWO cases of each of ALL the varieties, with a special discount in place. My one request? With 20 cats, I really wish you guys offered a larger 12 ounce pack!

I am not fond of the container/box, as it frequently tears wrong and I can't get all of the food out. The girls LOVE the food, though. I have one very finicky cat that will only eat about a third of the wet food I buy.

I let her nibble on the dry food during the day which she also eats. She loves the treats too. I am very satisfied with Honest Kitchen. She hasn't thrown up either.
