Q: How in the world do you use this?? The suppositories are huge and I don’t see how you put it in the applicator. Help

A: It’s not going to exactly stay put in the applicator and what will help us by wetting the suppositories before trying to insert. Hope this helps
submitted bySixela - 5 years agoA: I wish the instructions had a diagram. I had no idea how to use the applicator and had to Google random instructions. But then I couldn't get the suppository to stay in place on applicatpr, so I washed my hands and then applied in manually, if you get what I mean ;). It truly WORKS!!!!

submitted byGab - 2 months agoA: Place the suppository pellet onto the end of the applicator tip face down. Hold the applicator by the end that does not contain the suppository. Get into a position either on your back or knees bent, and gently insert the applicator as far as it will comfortably fit. Press the applicator plunger as far as it goes and that will push the suppository out. Remove the applicator. As mentioned by @sixela it may be helpful to dip the suppository in water quickly before using.

Q: Can I use these longer than 7 days? I finally have found relief from dryness and irritation. I hate to stop using them but want to make sure it is safe.

Suppository too big for applicator so it stays jammed in applicator. And I’m not comfortable using my fingers. Tried not shove the suppository inside the applicator and instead place it on the tip of it and still it would not go inside. Wasted 3 suppositories trying and decided to just return this. $20 in the garbage. Hopefully target allows returns on this. Smh

Ladies, let me tell you the tale of when my downstairs situation decided to go rogue. I’m talking it was giving yeast disco fever and BV burnout all at once. These work for me after one go. I use this after my period and they are great. I use it at night before bed and recommend wearing a panty liner the next morning. Fairly strong herbal scent, but after a few hours it goes away. Love that there’s no gelatin. Definitely recommend!

This product is to tier. I felt a significant difference within 24 hours, and within a few days, odor, and uncomfortableness was resolved. Run, don’t walk to this product. Only tiny complain is I wish it came with more applicators, but I suppose you can buy them.

I bout this product while desperate to get some relief from itching, burning, discharge, yeast and bacterial vaginosis. After 2 months of non stop relief and crying at times and wondering why I was being tortured I thought hmmm all natural let’s give it a twirl! I was using soap and other washes that did not work. Im allergic to all monistate products as well. I was like a female desperado and miserable. I couldn’t even sleep all night! I decided to try the boric acid tablets. Let the heavens sing hallelujah! I absolutely could not believe after the first pill I got so much relief I was in shock! I have now decided to use one tablet per week and it has made just a world of difference! I do not like the applicator at all that comes with this product. It doesn’t work and the pill gets stuck! I decided to wash my hands at bed time real good insert the pill myself wash my hangs again and it was a done deal. Please consider making a new more efficient applicator! I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the non functioning applicator but again you can easy insert yourself for now

This brand is a life saver! I recently started feeling irritation and itchiness down there from using the monistat feminine cleanser. ( don’t buy that I tried to save money by getting that cleanser and like many others got an infection down there) while I don’t think this cured it, it definitely gives me relief and I haven’t experienced and itching so far. So until I see a doctor I’m going to continue to use this

I'm so happy this product is available and affordable. I don't use them regularly so they last awhile, but when I feel like my ph balance is off its my go-to solution, and they work wonders and fast acting. Usually one day usage brings everything back to normal. I read a few other reviews regarding difficulties with insertion and I experienced that too…the little wand does not work for me…so now I use disposable gloves (latex free/powder free) and do finger insertion…this has given me the best results in getting it to where it needs to be and stay for greater effectiveness. Sometimes it is a little messy when it comes out but the honey pot liners are great coverage.

I used to buy Metronidazole for my BV condition and it would cost me around $80 from an established clinic; it was effective only if I continuously used it throughout the week, however my BV would come back a couple days after not using the product. It was insufferable and I couldn't help but feel so insecure about the smell because I would constantly be surrounded by people at work. I kept on looking for different brands, treatments, medicines, and routines that I could possibly take to fix this issue. Eventually, I found a post on Quora through an online search mentioning the Honey Pot products. I'm so so so glad I took up their advice because their products have been such a huge help for me. I have bought these suppositories which are a little uncomfortable to insert for the first time but once you find the right position it's quick and easy. The package comes with enough suppositories and has lasted me months. I'm still on my first package since I don't use them until my period comes and ends since I realized that it's during menstruation that my vaginal pH imbalances. I'm very thankful for this formula since it's affordable and extremely effective to combat against my BV. Thank you SO MUCH!

I use Honeypot Suppositories when I noticed my vaginal pH is out of whack. I don't usually need to do a full seven days generally I do mine every day for three suppositories trick. I have figured out with the flip the suppository so the cone like side is down and the rounder side is up. They definitely moisturizes and manages odor as well as any itchiness. I always keep them on hand, just in case things go haywire. And yes, they can be messy but what goes in there has to come out and isn't it better to have the suppository come out then whatever else was gonna come out if you hadn't used it?

Made BV worse. I would stick to the love wellness or PhD suppositories since they have only boric acid. I had a feeling that all of the extra ingredients may be irritating/make symptoms worse, and was right. :(
