We spend most of our lives indoors. In this book, Danish anthropologist Cecilie Rubow explores the impact that this way of life has on our understanding of nature and our approach to dealing with the ecological crises the world faces. The author follows in the footsteps of beach people, bird people, environmentalists and climate activists. About the Author

Cecilie Rubow (born 1966) is an anthropologist at the University of Copenhagen.
