Very nice cabinet
Fairly easy to put together and I'm not so crafty. I took everything out and lined all pieces up and counted the screws everything was there and looked good. Took me a while to put it together. The only issue I had was the magnetic piece for the doors one tiny screw would not stay in so I used a command strip I had and it works fine. I was not sure about getting it due to some of the reviews, and when I seen it on sale plus 30% off I thought what the heck for that price I will buy it and I am glad I did because I love it. I have it in my kitchen.

Flimsy, Poorly Designed, Poor Value
As someone who has purchased and assembled a great deal of budget furniture recently, I have a good sense of normal standards. This Lakeside Collection Beadboard Wooden Storage Cabinet was poorly designed and is extremely flimsy in comparison to similar products. It will not withstand any degree of stress or abuse. The hinge design, placement of predrilled screw holes for the hinge, and hinge materials are bad. Although it looks nice from afar, I would not recommend this to anyone.

Cute but poor quality!
I bought this a few weeks ago to uncluttered a corner of my living room with some of my indoor gardening equipment. Albeit was perfect for my use, the quality of the cabinet was really poor. Screws were missing and the door handle was damaged, one of the doors was warped and if course i realize all of this well into my assembly. I did receive a small compensation from lakeside but it cost me just as much to purchase packages of each of the missing screws and 2 new door knobs. Purchase at your own discretion.

Don't waste your money
Assembly is hard, when the holes don't match up, directions are just pictures, screws are too small for some parts. Part numbers printed on the outside pieces. Very unstable. Very disappointed in this product. Do not waste your money.

The items directions were very unclear. The holes for the doors didn't line up. The doors don't stay closed. The back of the cubbies isn't the right size so looks stupid. I don't want to cart this piece to Target or a shipping store. I would rather have someone fix this piece.

None of the holes were pre drilled. The pieces did not fit or line up properly. I was not able to put the back of the cabinet on. Very frustrating and disappointing

I bought this and when I received it I was assembling it and I had two of one piece and was missing another piece. The screws are cheap and strip out easily

Color is great. Knobs aren’t red.
Lost a star for sending brown knobs and screw covers. Picture clearly shows red not brown. Not to happy with that. Otherwise pints a good cabinet made with mdf, so it’s sturdy but not too heavy either. Love the color too.

Cute cabinet
Purchased end of July 2024. All pieces were received. Directions were easy to follow. Cabinet is so cute when completed. Would've received 5 stars but one issue. . . . . My only complaint was the magnetic doors. The magnet wasn't strong enough and was hitting the screws holding the plates. (Couldnt hit the magnetic plates cause screw sticking up slightly) My hubby, being the engineer that he is, was able to fix that problem by sawing down screws more that the door would hit that magnetic strip.

Loved the 1st one, the 2nd one not as much
I bought a red one a year ago for my kitchen and we absolutely love it. Fairly easy to assemble, looks nice, great pantry storage. So I decided to buy a 2nd one for my bedroom in the walnut, but this time it seemed that the wood or paint stain wasn't as good of quality and chipped in a few spots while assembling and then the magnetic clasp used to hold the 2 doors shut was completely different than the 1st one we bought. Smaller, thinner metal pieces and so the doors won't stay shut (we ended up using a broccoli rubber band to keep the 2 doors closed. ) And the doors don't seem to hang quite even. We still like it, but very disappointed in the 2nd one since the 1st one was so great that I couldn't wait to get another one.
