Low quality mat
The mat is larger than 5x7 so pictures fall through. There was no backing to the mat so I had to make one so I could put my family photo in the frame.

Great for pictures
I would have given it 5 stars, but I thought it was to come with something to hold the picture close to the front, and store the other pictures behind it. I feel that it is missing a piece. .

Love this!
I bought one of these for my granddaughters artwork that she brings me. She loves seeing it hanging in my kitchen. It's great to show off the newest picture and store the others inside in case we want to look at them. I have since bought these as gifts for my friends with grandchildren and also mother's with kids starting school.

The Best Customer Service
I called to return the item I ordered because it had a scratch on the wood and they are sending a replacement just like that. I don't have to ship back the damaged one. Wow. I'm still in shock!

Great display organizer for child's art!
I bought these years ago for my own children and am now buying for my own granddaughter and great nephews. Each holds dozens of sheets of artwork and can be easily opened to change out the one on top to be displayed.

Disappointed
When I purchased I had no idea there were multiple sizes of frames. Who has 9”x12” pieces of art regularly created by children? I ordered FOUR or these frames and now I cannot use these easily at all… I don’t know what to do. I didn’t even notice the issue until opening and hanging every single one of them. I can’t return them.

Easy to change pictures
I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law for the kids art. It looks great on the wall so easy just open the frame/door front and put a new picture in has enough Room to stack several pictures for storage of them.

Just girly mine. The frame is ok but. The part that would cover the artwork is very very thin and scratched. Extremely disappointed!!

Doesn’t appear to be very sturdy.
I bought this for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. She hasn’t seen it yet as Christmas is still a few days away. The piece has a sheet of plastic for the front screen. Had I read the description throughly I would have seen that. I hope it holds up.

Order never arrived
I have called customer service twice now - the first rep said they would email me a list package claim form - I never received it. The next rep said they would process a replacement and j never received confirmation of that order. DO NOT ORDER anything from here.
