When received packaging was fine but one metal piece inside was bent when I called I was told nothing could be done unless I returned it it would cost me more to return it than I wanted to spend because I was told you would not pay return shipping I will no longer be a customer of yours

When my niece came over she liked the tray and told me it would be great in her business (she sells baked goods). I just received the replacement tray that I am giving to my sil for Christmas. The trays in this tier tray are made well and are large enough to hold a lot. The problem with my tray was the pieces used to put the tray together. The bottom piece screwed together nicely however the middle section screwed in on one end but would not allow you to screw together on the other end therefore not allowing all three pieces to tighten down. My husband had to cut off the screw and we had to level out the top tray with washers. The top two trays do not sit completely flat even after all the added work we did to put them together. Clearly these items were not checked before packaging for sale. I should have returned but needed the tray.
