The photo made me think I was getting a cover I could use on my washer as an ironing board. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the bag and found 2 iron shaped pads. I will be returning these items!!

Perfect!
I bought two - one for over the washer and one for over the dryer. My idea was to put the laundry detergent and softner jugs on the shelf so I didn't have to reach up so far. However, the shelf wasn't wide enough, I was sad, but my thoughtful husband was able to cut off two spots and they fit perfect now! I love them!!

We just moved to a retirement home. I no longer have a convenient space to leave an ironing board up. I really didn't expect this ""ironing"" cover to be so well made. It's well constructed and the magnets attach very tightly to the top of my dryer.

Nice Shelf - But It Came Missing Parts
When I received it I immediately opened it to install and found it was missing all the screws. I plan to go to Home Depot to get some nuts & bolts and finish installing it. I imagine calling and getting replacement screws from The Lakeside Company would take too long.

Not great.
I bought these to protect my washer and dryer and to have a spot to touch up my clothes when needed. They aren't really long enough to secure to the sides of the machines; they barely hang over, and certainly don't have enough magnets to hold them in place.

Easy ironing!
I hate pulling out my ironing board to just freshen something up or iron one item. This magnetic ironing cover makes it easy. It fits and holds tight to the top of my drier and folds and stores when I finish! Super convenient!!!

Good protection

great extra storage
I purchased one similar to this several years ago and had been looking for a second one when i saw this one in my Lakeside catalog. It adds that extra storage that I badly needed. Now I have one over my washer and one over my dryer. I use for detergents, tissue and other needs. Great idea!
