About the Author

The Seattle Seahawks are Super Bowl champions, have won three NFC titles, and possess the most raucous, passionate fans in football: the 12th Man. Known for their dominant defenses and vibrant culture, the Seahawks are celebrating 50 years in the NFL.

Marshawn Lynch played seven seasons in Seattle, from 2010-2015, and finished his career as a Seahawk in 2019. He holds more than fifteen franchise records.

Steve Raible is the play-by-play radio voice of the Seahawks. An original member of the 1976 expansion Seahawks, he played wide receiver for Seattle for six seasons.

John Schneider is entering his sixteenth season as general manager of the Seahawks. In 2024, he was also named president of football operations.
