About the Author
HA-JOON CHANG teaches development economics and institutional economics at the Faculty of Economics and Politics, University of Cambridge. He has published many articles covering a wide range of subjects including the theories of the state, institutional economics, privatization, industrial policy, and the East Asian development experience.
