The Stepford Wives (2004)

When a successful network executive gets fired and suffers a nervous breakdown, her husband thinks a change of scenery will help speed the recovery process. The couple and their two children settle into the picturesque city of Stepford, Connecticut. Things are not as they appear though, as all the wives turn out to be models who serve their husbands' every desire. Is it something in the water? Is the town possessed? The new tenants haplessly try to find out before it's too late.
