Review Quotes

A literal A-to-Z compendium, the authors' survey defines sleep-related issues and includes helpful (and occasionally odd) sleep strategies. Those having a tough time sleeping... will find these quick entries a fine place to start.

This is a cleverly well-conceived, comprehensive and very user-friendly book for the general public about all aspects of normal and disturbed sleep written by a passionate expert. I highly recommend it.
