Jose and Diana are two of the most dedicated and knowledgeable people I know, and this book offers a powerful solution that combines science with mouthwatering recipes. The recipes in this book are brilliantly designed--they're crafted to perfection, are incredibly nutrient dense, guaranteed to reduce inflammation, and reverse the metabolic dysfunction that causes high blood glucose. This book will change your life if you allow it to. If I could give it 100 stars, I'd do it in a heartbeat."
