Did not charge!
Came with the battery dead which is usually. Most electronics come with a little juice. After charging for several hours with no change in battery life I looked only and realized the little battery logo that you're supposed to see when it's charging wasn't even there. If I knew this would be such an issue I would have skipped it entirely. How does a $300 product seem like such a cheap piece of crap! Such a waste of time. Now I have to go back to target and return it. And of course they don't have any of these on stock but they do have the more expensive model.

Massage gun doesn't work, Terrible customer service
Got this for my wife as a Push present. Worst decision. The massage gun was DoA and never worked. Worst of all the customer service is ridiculous. Exchanged multiple email and in each email they would ask a different question like did you try this or give purchase proof or address or video proof etc. Absolutely dumb, why not ask all info at one go. Very poor customer service. Do jot recommend it.
