I would think that the direction for use would be easy to get to, but I am wrong! You have to peel back the label to get to the direction anf they tell you that but the tab to pull it back is nonexistent. I even tried a knife but no joy

Awful taste do not recommend. You are suppose to take 2 every 4 hr but I couldn’t even get the second one down.

I bought these before I took a trip becasue I could not find a TSA approved travel size cold medicine. They have an awful taste and texture as well! I managed to get the first two down but did not get any relief. The second two I could not finish chewing. Great idea, not happy with the end product. Oh, I did not detect any "apple cinnamon" taste.

Awful flavor. The dosage is under the label where is says, peel here. 2 tablets every 4 hours. Good luck getting them down! Feel better soon.

It smells really good and dissolves very easily, but I don't know if I like the taste that much. It tastes sweet on the outside, but the inside tastes a little strange, but in the end it's tolerable.

With school sickness in full swing my husband and I have been getting all sorts of colds and viruses. We already use the theraflu tea so this was a nice addition. It worked well and I would definitely buy again.

The packaging is nice, and the safety cap really gives me peace of mind when kiddos come over. As far as if it works, I’m not so sure. My husband and I weren’t feeling well for about a week, and took this in the middle of it. I don’t think it shortened it or helped too much either symptoms, but it definitely improved our sore throats with the flavor.

There is not directions on how many or how often to take these on the bottle, anywhere.

I usually take all in one my ones but wanted to try this first. Texture may be a little weird for some as it is a chew. Kind of reminds me of the taste of the chewable tums. I’d say give it a try.
