A: The straw does not have additional filters and will not require additional forces when sucking. There is an air hole (vent hole) at the top of the silicone mouth piece which regulates air pressure and allows easy suction.

We’ve been using the Thermos Kids 12oz Stainless Steel Funtainer Water Bottle for a couple weeks now, and I can confidently say it’s a game changer for my 3.5-year-old daughter! First of all, it’s the perfect size for her little hands. She can open and close the lid by herself (which makes her feel so independent!) and the push-button flip top is super easy for her to use. It seems fountained has changed its lid design and now it’s transparent and not as sturdy. I have purchased at least 10 of these bottles previously as my grandson with ASD prefers them- only issue is kiddos with ASD don’t like change. Also the photo in advertising doesn’t show the change. Hopefully these will work.

Pokemon peeled after less than 6 months. Since 2022 every year we purchase a new funtainer to add to the rotation. We have purchased baby shark, bluey and trex funtainers, and still use all 3 without issue or peeling. In less than 6 months the Pokemon bottle started bubbling and peeling. I don’t recommend that particular bottle. The other ones have been fine and hold up well.

Okay, can’t really comment on this thermos in particular yet, but the bajillion other ones that I’ve bought through the years have always been great. (I only keep buying them because they get “lost”) They stand up amazingly well to rough toddler play, and keep liquids cold for a decent amount of time. For the price and variety of styles, I will keep buying them. I did really like how this one came with name tag stickers; that was a nice little touch, that probably literally cost the company nothing, but was very considerate. I imagine it went unnoticed by most that bought it, but it’s the little things. Stay classy, Thermos!!!

Only design is attractive for kids otherwise not practical bottle at all. You can never trust this bottle if you just want to fill up bottle and pack it up for kids. You have to check leak 5 times before you give it to your kid, make sure the suction working properly. Add more money and buy different bottle although its not cheap but NEVER GO AFTER THESE BOTTLES DESIGN. Other pink purple unicorn bottle is also trash!!!

I really liked this bottle at first. It has a cute design, it’s easy to wash and my toddler used it very well. After about a week of use, it started to leak badly. My toddler would sit it down on its side and all the water would leak out by the time I found it. I will be returning this bottle sadly.
