The children are truly left behind. My glass frame was shipped with bubble wrap in a box way bigger than the actual item. Of course, it arrived broken after taking almost four days to arrive after I paid for express shipping. Now I am inconvenienced and have to find a way to ship it back.

I picked up this frame from curbside pickup & when I got home I realized the acrylic was cracked. Target employees shouldn’t sell damaged merchandise to customers knowing that is not what we paid for. These items should’ve been tossed out before being sold to consumers. I will go back to target & pick out the frame in person this time to avoid any damage.

Know what you’re ordering! This is a relatively flimsy frame, made of plexiglass, cardboard and a plastic/gold painted frame. But it’s for POSTERS and at $25 for 24x36, it’s dirt cheap. I’m using them to frame photo posters for a grad party and posters for a dorm (they’re VERY light). I popped the party posters in and couldn’t believe how great they look. All 3 frames fit the poster perfectly. Heads up there are SO many tabs on the back to hold the poster in place. I started to use my fingers, but that was painful, I used a small metal baking spatula to get under and that worked great.

We bought two 18x24 frames. One of them was 17 7/8 inches wide and the other would expand past 18" wide so the plexiglass pops out from under the frame. We managed to make them work, but wouldn't recommend them. Gold color was nice looking.

I purchased the 24x36 size, and this frame is NOT 24x36. It is 23x35. The incorrect sizing is so frustrating—especially after I sacrificed 2 fingernails trying to pry the metal tabs open so that I could fit my print into the frame only to realize that the frame is MUCH smaller than the stated size.

This frame is not made to size. It is smaller than 18 x 24 in both directions. Nearly damaged an irreplaceable print trying to get it in and out. I saw similar reviews on the more expensive version as well. No longer trust target for frames and will shop elsewhere for what I need.

I gave this frame 4 stars because I like the look of it and I've bought it multiple times. I would say you get what you pay for because it's not very expensive, but the qaulity is also mediocre. It's a little flimsy and the materials are cheap, but it gets the job done. The first one I got lasted for a year and then broke at the corner. I've had this second one for a few months now, and it seems to be holding up well.
