Description
About the Book
The bestselling success book of all time is updated and revised with contemporary ideas and examples.Book Synopsis
The bestselling success book of all time--now revised and updated for the 21st century. Think and Grow Rich has been called the "Granddaddy of All Motivational Literature." It was the first book to boldly ask, "What makes a winner?" The man who asked and listened for the answer, Napoleon Hill, is now counted in the top ranks of the world's winners himself. The most famous of all teachers of success spent "a fortune and the better part of a lifetime of effort" to produce the "Law of Success" philosophy that forms the basis of his books and that is so powerfully summarized in this one. In the original Think and Grow Rich, published in 1937, Hill draws on stories of Andrew Carnegie, Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, and other millionaires of his generation to illustrate his principles. In the updated version, Arthur R. Pell, Ph.D., a nationally known author, lecturer, and consultant in human resources management and an expert in applying Hill's thought, deftly interweaves anecdotes of how contemporary millionaires and billionaires, such as Bill Gates, Mary Kay Ash, Dave Thomas, and Sir John Templeton, achieved their wealth. Outmoded or arcane terminology and examples are faithfully refreshed to preclude any stumbling blocks to a new generation of readers.Review Quotes
"During the past twenty-five years I have been blessed with more good fortune than any individual deserves but I shudder to think where I'd be today, or what I'd be doing if I had not been exposed to Napoleon Hill's philosophy. It changed my life."
--Og Mandino, The Greatest Salesman in the World

Think and Grow Rich is one of the most popular and most-read personal development and success books of all time, Think and Grow Rich will probably be on the bookshelves of most successful entrepreneurs, businesspeople and athletes. While written in 1937, this trend setting book still appeals to a broad audience today with many young people finding out about it and embracing its words. Its been reported that’s that by 2015, over 100 million copies of the book had been sold worldwide. Among all the newer versions and adaptations of TAGR, this is about the Arthur R Pell expanded edition. Napoleon Hill was tasked by international industrialist Andrew Carnegie to interview over 500 affluent men and women to discover what was their secret to attaining their great wealth. Although then underlying principles are still the same, the newer Pell edition includes more modern-day achievers such as Bill Gates, Steven Spielberg and Arnold Schwarzenegger, to make it more relatable to the modern reader. The truth is still the truth regardless its age. This book is a must-read for anyone interested in success. It sets the foundation for you to grow and cope with all the things this career path will throw at you. In our groups, TAGR Nation, we talk expand, expound, and explain even more of the modern applications like to what Dr Pell has done in his book. In 2021, people are ready for this information. Napoleon Hill seems to have discovered the system of success through a kind of ethnology with his mentors - i.e., listening to them, and curating the results. This is what Hill does very well. Instead of Hill coming from a personal expert vantage and imposing preconceived ideas onto his readers, he gives them a clear map for them to follow.
