Thinx for All Women's Moderate Absorbency Bikini Period Underwear

I love these. They are really the only period underwear I have found that don't leak and are plus size friendly. They aren't tight around my legs which I find is an issue with most "inclusive" size period underwear. You also really can't beat the price shopping for them here.

I have FOREVER hated tampons and pads. I’ve tried cups, discs… everything new that’s come on the market except for these because I thought my period was just way too heavy to use period panties. I took a chance and bought a pair at Target and wore them on one of my heaviest days. I was set up to clean up leaks, but never had to! The whole day I was comfortable and covered. I loved that the panties absorbed the blood and kept it away from my body. I understand some people feel these aren’t worth it because they “don’t last long”. However, if you follow the washing directions, it does tell you right off the bat that it’s got peak absorbency for up to 40 washes. I feel a year of underwear at $18 is much better than $20 worth of pads/tampons every month. The only issues I have are these: 1) the leg holes and waist are kind of tight (I got my regular size- it was fine getting in/out and fit everywhere). I get that they’re looking to prevent leaking, but maybe a little more stretch or softer/flatter seams? 2) More protection up the back and around front would be amazing! It would really extend coverage for those of us with heavier flows. 3) I would love to see some active wear ones with flat seams! That would be awesome. Overall I feel these are a wonderful investment and I never want to go back to traditional methods of period protection after being comfortable for the first time in 26 years of periods!

Has side seams that are extremely thick & will definitely show pantilines through any type of pants (even thick jeans). Fit isn't like a bikini, it's more like a hipster. Also, the gusset doesn't go up the back at all, which makes these useless for using while sleeping.

Current class action lawsuit alleges toxic “forever chemicals” Pfas in thinx brand period underwear. Target should discontinue.

I have owned several pair of these Thinx for Target panties and for awhile they were the only brand I had. Before I tried other brands, I thought that they were awesome! Yes, they're thick, but they have to be in order to actually absorb without causing leaks. I wore these out to do errands, to work, around the house, and to sleep in, without any issues. However, now that I've had some actual Thinx brand period panties, I do think they are worth the investment. These are a great intro if you're dipping your toes into the reusable period products world, but they don't have as great absorption, as many styles, and they don't wash as well, in my opinion. For the price point, they're a good option. They would be great for younger girls who are testing the waters or as a backup product because buying other kinds of period panties adds up fast.

They are great and really get the job done but after a year of use the seams are coming loose.

I wore these on a light day and thank goodness I was at home. I bled out front and through the sides. Very disappointing. Great concept but I think I will wear them as normal panties now. Not worth the money I paid. I didn’t want to take a pic of the outcome, but trust me when I say that I was wet in the front and good thing I was wearing dark colors.

Think the absorbent part should be longer from the back. Don’t recommend it it doesn’t hold much

They shrink after you wash them and feel kinda bulky when on.

As someone with endometriosis, I was really hoping this could be a product that could make my life a bit easier. Unfortunately, despite the description saying this is for moderate absorbency and can absorb up to 3 tampons worth, this was not the case at all. I did not have them on for even 5 hours and experienced leakage and I also read online that this brand was involved in a lawsuit for having a very high level of PFA’s which is very concerning. Would not recommend this brand.

Period parties were a game changer for me! These are super comfortable and I will never go back to pads/tampons.

Used last period. So far so good. Curious how long they’ll last. Doesn’t control odor as well as I’d hoped. Decided to use with mental disc

So once i used it for several cycles i realized what a awesome product this is and im going to be buying more. It worked perfectly an better than expected. The best feminine product I’ve seen. My first foray into period underwear and I’m a convert! I was looking for an eco friendly alternative to pads and tampons, and I can’t wear menstrual cups. Aside from being waste-free these are much more comfortable than pads or tampons. And unlike pads and tampons they are less susceptible to leaking. Much like a pad, though, you’ll probably start to feel gross and smelly after wearing these for longer than 8-12 hours. So expect to change them more frequently than you would regular underwear. I rinse them out and then run them through the washer after wearing. I got two pairs, a bikini in moderate absorbency and a high waisted in super. The bikini was a little more comfortable, probably because I’m more used to wearing that style. I sized up to a medium because I tend to be bloated during my period, and that size is very comfortable. I plan on getting more medium bikinis in moderate and super absorbencies so I have enough to last through my heaviest days.

I mean it worked great for me when my heavy flow wasn’t as heavy so towards the middle of my period I had no problems. It didn’t leak. It didn’t everywhere. Very awesome innovative product. These should be available to every girl really.

Think provides great protection and I feel better knowing I'm not contributing to the landfill. Definitely have to keep an eye on the care instructions though! Only con to these is the panty lines, the line connecting the pad area to the seat shows through my workout clothes.

I love these. I bought thinx from the brand itself but have gone up a size since then. These are much more affordable and a dream to wear. Perfect for night time. I’m buying my fourth pair today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with the quality of this bikini. It can absorb so much and so fast! The bikini is comfortable and made from high quality material. However, I think it makes sense to use it mostly at home or only at the beginning of your period or at the end, when it's not too heavy since you can't just simply change the underwear (when you're at work for example).
