A: These might not be the right product for swimming, but of course you can swim when you’re on your period!
submitted byHelping mother - 1 year agoA: Of course you can swim while on your period, but a barrier like a cup or disc has been more effective for me over the years. A tampon works too but needs to be changed more often than when not swimming due to the material also absorbing water. I imagine wearing period underwear would be more like swimming with a pad on, which definitely doesn’t work. Good question! I hope this answer is helpful. 33 year old female, for reference.

A: A pair of panties is just one- not sure why but 1 pair of panties is 1 item- same with pants(shrug). If you buy a pair of curtains it is two.

The Teen line definitely runs smaller. Teen large fits more like a women’s medium. Overall these are great to have while trying period cups and discs! Heavy flow days I’d use with a period cup. Lighter flow days just the underwear. Easy to wash too. I wish there were more styles and fits to purchase.

I’m not sure why the sizing is so different for teen vs adult, I’ve been the same size when I was 15 as I have been at 21. But point is it didn’t fit and I will need to return it. So make sure you purchase the regular ones unless you’re a child. Great product though. Works AMAZING
