Thomas & Friends Greatest Moments Graffiti James Toy Vehicle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Thomas and friends graffiti James train set to review and while we did have a lot of fun playing with it there is room for improvement. It is brightly colored, and easy to use. Battery installation was very easy. The power switch on the top of the train is easy for little fingers to operate, maybe a little too easy, as it often got touched while putting away and stayed on and drained the batteries. The cars latched together but very securely, although when together they ran very well. It held a 5 year olds attention for quite awhile. Overall a nice toy and we would recommend but also recommend being careful with the power switch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This train is not as sturdy as those models that could have been purchased years ago, but it is still well built and built to last during play. There are several to attach to one another and bright colors and features to keep little ones engaged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toy is appropriate for the age group it says it is intended for. The vibrant colors catches the child eye. The child is able to just switch the lever to make the train run by itself which is something that the child really enjoyed. The only downside is that it does not come with batteries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a train lover, this falls in line with the other Thomas the Train toys. My 4 year old is quite obsessed with them and he loved James. I’m not 100% sure how I feel about the graffiti but I guess real trains are covered in it. It’s a fast train and full of fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This graffiti train set is super cute! The colors and patterns are all super bold and fun and the faces are cute. My girls are having a blast! The batteries were a bit tricky to install, but the power seems pretty strong. Won't drive on carpet, but does go around our wooden train tracks decent! The connections between cars do seem a bit frail.

I like that there is an option to connect the trains or to have them separated. What makes this Thomas and friends set even better, is that it’s motorized. This set is perfect as his first Thomas and friends toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This James train my two year absolutely loves he’s played it so much we are on our second set of batteries. He discovered that it fits on his track to his little tikes train so now he plays with it on there. He runs the train on the tracks from the time he wakes up until he goes to bed. He gets mad if we stop it.

He has a bunch of the motorized trains already but thinks this one is cool with all the painting on it. Seems to be very durable at this time, and he had it pulling 6 little carts with no problem. It is compatible with the Thomas Train talking track.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Toddlers love trains and this Thomas The Train provides lots of fun for young children. Perfect size for little hands, very colorful, this Thomas and Friends Graffiti James motorized train is a favorite for our almost three year old!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thomas the train set is very well crafted. The train will go on carpet as well as hard surfaces. My loves playing with it either with batteries in it or without. However, the wheels do kind of hurt if your fingers hit while turned on. But he truly enjoys playing with the set and I do recommend this for others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son immediately started playing with James. Everyone loves trains! The on/off switch is intuitive and he immediately knew what it was for perfect for smaller hands to control. The retro graffiti is a fun twist on a Thomas set. It runs perfectly across counters, hard wood floors and tiles. It runs in the carpet but slows down quite a bit. Batteries have lasted at least 3 hours of play time so far so it’s very efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have been obsessed with Thomas the Train for the last 20 years. James is always been one of the favorites because of his bright red color. James is the perfect addition to our collection. It’s motorized, it’s compact, and easy for them to take them to grandma's house. James runs great on the track but my kids also enjoy letting him go across the hardwood floor. A must for any Thomas fan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love Thomas the train. When this new train arrived my kids immediately wanted it out of the package. This set comes with two train cars instead of just one. We also love the size of this train it is the perfect size for all to play with. The train drives well on our hardwood floors and it is fun for the kids to follow around as it moves across the floor. The train is very well made and very fun colors that are attractive for little ones.. The graffiti is pretty cool and something different then all the other train we own. The train cars are easy to clip each other and stay together well when moving around. We love the switch right on top of the train, it makes it very easy to turn off or on. We defiantly recommend this for all train loving kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As with all the Thomas the Train toys your child will have a ton of fun with this. This train works best on the train sets or tile, but will work on a thinner carpet. This is well made so it handles a beating from toddlers being toddlers and the batteries last a long time. My son loved the color of this train.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a big Thomas and Friends house over here. Whenever I see a new character of train my son doesn’t have I get really excited. I love the graffiti details on this, and I love that it comes with 2 train cars instead of 1. I prefer the switch for on/off as well versus the buttons that makes them move or talk. The battery life could be a little longer, but I guess that just means my son plays with it a lot. 10/10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this got here and my son opened it, he was soo happy. He really loves it and plays with it everyday so far. The way it looked at first I though my son would brake it because he loves to play hard with his toys because he is all boy, but the toy holds up really good for inside or outside. My son even played in mud with it and it washed right off without any kind of damage to the toy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product just make sure that your child is old enough to play with it mine just would go and get it caught in her hair not once but twice so no batteries will be put in it. She does have autism so maybe most will not do this lol.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This train provided hours of fun for my child. He loves Thomas the train and this graffiti car looks super cool. The motorized train worked on the wood tracks we had which was awesome. The train goes relatively fast but not too fast which makes it entertaining. The best part is the on and off switch is on top of the train and switches on and off with a gentle push or pull making it easy for a small child to use on their own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The James train is a cool toy because it comes with James and two cargo cars. Most trains I have bought only come with one cargo car or none. I like the graffiti on the train and cargo cars because it looks cool and isn’t a sticker. It looks like it was actually graffiti. Dislike that the graffiti was only on one side of the train and cargo cars. Train works great on hardwood floors. Run great on my wooden train tracks but I did notice that on my thick wooden rail track it gets stuck. Train goes fast and is able to pull the cargo cars and more. Easy to connect the cargo cars together to the train. Didn’t like that you can’t connect another train in front of the train. The train isn’t too loud which is a good thing. Compared to my older train this James is bigger so they can't go under my older train track bridge. Like the details on the cargo car such as adding a cow on one side of the cargo that doesn’t have graffiti and the James train they look like the trains on the shows. Overall quality of the train is great and fun toy to play with.
