The bagels stayed fresh and moist at room temp for at least a week. The bagels had a matte finish--instead of a glossy skin. The bagels were very sweet and had very fine pores like a soft white bread. The texture and appearance was more processed than I get at a local bagels shop.

Great 2nd choice of you don't have a great bagel place.

Disappointed
I'm so sad! I LOVE these bagels! But for the last two times I bought them, they went moldy before the expiration date! I store them in a cabinet. I hope they can see this and make it right. They're the only things I can eat after I seize because of the nausea that follows.
