I use these (and sometimes the 12 oz size) for sandwiches instead of bread - a little mayo, turkey or tuna salad, cheese & lettuce...a quick, nutritious lunch. They are low carb and whole wheat. I also can put spaghetti sauce, pepperoni (or turkey or beef), and grated mozzarella cheese on top and toast it in the toaster oven for about 4-5 minutes for individual pizzas. I can cut them in 1/2 and have them for a snack with cheese, cheese spreads, or a protein, and my husband likes them with peanut butter & jelly. Very versatile. I sometmes buy extra and freeze them (put 3-4 pkgs. in a gallon zip lock freeer bag) and then defrost a package as I need to. We enjoy them a lot. They don't have that dry, four taste of other soft tortillas.
