Just ok for me
Thorne appears to be a very reputable brand. I was not sure what to expect from the supplement, but i have not noticed any significant changes. The pills were a reasonable size and easy to swallow. i would be interested in trying some of their other supplements.

I hops this can help others
I dont believe the product worked. Perhaps om not the target for these products. I did feel better about taking supplements and will now start doing so regularly. Maybe they need to be taken in conjuwith other products from the line.

Love it!
This product is wonderful! As a runner, I can attest that it has absolutely helped my muscle recovery. I also love that it’s beneficial to my heart and lungs. Definitely worth it for active individuals.

Magnesium easy on my stomach
This magnesium supplement is just what I have been looking for. I take magnesium for migraine prevention but it makes my stomach very uncomfortable. I am very pleased that I can take the required dosage and reap the benefits without stomach issues.

Quality supplement
First of all, I like that this comes from a trusted brand that I've used before. There are less fillers and ingredients which I like about this product as well. This is also easy on my digestive system, and I feel it has helped with relaxing my mind and offering me more restful sleep since taking it.

Work well
These are easy to swallow, no taste and seem to help with preventing leg cramps. They're not too large and don't get stuck on the way down. Without taking magnesium in prone to getting leg cramps at night. Since taking these i have not had any.

Need more energy or better sleep?
Since I began taking this product, I’ve noticed an increase in my energy level and I’m sleeping so much better! Time will tell on the other benefits this supplement offers. They’re easy to swallow without any funky taste.

I’d recommend this supplement!
I love that these AREN’T gummies! While gummies are great, and I’d be a liar if I said I didn’t like them, the added supplements and all of the added grams of sugar just don’t make a whole lot of nutritional or health sense to me. So yes, I LIKE that this magnesium citrate is in a capsule. I don’t like that one capsule does not quite equal a competitor gummy in terms of mg and daily value (DV) per serving. It may be worth the trade off; I suppose it’s up to the individual. These capsules are on the large side, but do go down smooth. I have experienced no unpleasant side effects while taking this supplement so far. I’d recommend this product to anyone looking to add magnesium to the diet!

Thorne vitamins
I'm taking this for 1 week and doing fine with it. Easy to swallow capsules. Capsule has no smell to it. Bottle is a good size.i haven't tried this brand before, so will see the results in time. It can not be cut in half its a capsule if you cut your vitamins in half.

Good quality supplements
These seem to be good quality supplements. I've taken then daily for several days and I've noticed less muscle aches and overall soreness since I began. I will definitely continue to take these daily!

So far so good
Happy with the product so far- too soon to tell any results but the pills don’t make me nauseous and I feel better starting my day taking a pill intended to make me stronger and healthier. In my 40s I feel older than I thought 40 is supposed to feel. Hopefully this helps both now and in the future with sore joints and bone health in the long run

Good
Not too bad. I like that this magnesium is in a capsule. The thing I don’t like is that you have to take 1-3 a day. A gummy would be easier to eat. Not sure if this works yet as I’ve just started taking it.

Beneficial
This supplement came is good packaging. Capsules are easy to swallow and they are white is color. Howeve it will be too soon to talk about any health benefits so any one who is looking for this supplement it is worth a try.
